Miss Jannie B. Smith, age 71 of Albemarle, NC passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the Bethany Woods Nursing and Rehab Center, Albemarle, NC.??? Her service?will be 2:00 PM Friday, August 12, 2016 at the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel with?the Rev. Tom Andruski and Rev. Keith Allen officiating.? Burial will follow in the?Stanly Gardens of Memory, Albemarle, NC.? The family will receive friends at the?funeral home Friday from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM prior to the hour of the service.
Miss Smith was born February 23, 1945 in Stanly County, NC to the late Craven Lee?Smith and Odessa Mae Burris Smith and was a retired employee of American Circuit?Breaker.? She was a member of Hill Street Church of God and she loved bowling and?softball.
Survivors include three sisters;? Arlene S. Thomas, Diane S. Morse and Joyce S. Treece?all of Albemarle, NC.? Two brothers and one sister preceded her in death.
