James Jaime Ward Jr.'s Obituary
James “Jaime” Edward Ward, Jr., 58, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Atrium Health Cabarrus. His memorial service will be 6pm Thursday, October 14, 2021 in the Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care Chapel of Albemarle with Rev. Stony Benfield officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Burial will be held 11am Friday, October 15, 2021 in the Cold Water Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Ward was born April 28, 1963 in Stanly County to the late James Edward Ward, Sr. and Mary Ruth Burleson. He was the owner of Lancaire Mechanical Service. His son Michael Ward will be continuing on with the business that they shared together and it will always be Gods Business as they agreed. He was a member of Prospect Baptist Church. Jaime loved to fly remote control airplanes and he was a huge sports fan. He had a personality larger than life and was a proud grandpa.
Jaime is survived by a son, Michael Ward (Amy) of Mt. Pleasant, NC; daughter, Mary Beth Ward-Ringgenberg of Williamsburg, VA; brother, Stephen Ward of Albemarle, NC; sister, Linda Forsyth of Norwood, NC and 2 grandchildren, Keagan Ringgenberg and Esther Ringgenberg. Jaime was preceded in death by a sister, Sheila Rae Smith.
Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Albemarle is serving the Ward family.
