James Eli Tarlton's Obituary
James Eli Tarlton, 61, of New London passed away on April 24, 2021 at his home. A graveside service will be held at 12PM on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at West Concord Cemetery in Concord, NC. Visitation will be held prior from 9-11am at Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Albemarle.
James was born February 4, 1960 in Cabarrus County to the late James Ruffus Tarlton. Mr. Tarlton could fix anything. He enjoyed welding, working on cars, and helping others in his spare time.
Mr. Talton is survived by his son James Tarlton and girlfriend Julianna Shue of New London; stepdaughter: Elizabeth Russell of New London; stepson: Darren Russell and fiancée Alexis Hardister of Albemarle; granddaughter: Leah Marie Tarlton; brother: Vernon Tarlton of Stanfield; sister: Ann Godwin of Oakboro.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care to help the family with funeral expenses.
