Jim and Barbara became special to me because of their loving, supportive relationship with my parents, Bobby and Jean Ross. I grew to love them like family. Most of our interaction was at church in my younger days, but we also shared memorable family fun in each other's homes. Jim's quick sense of humor always made me laugh and his security-conscious demeanor made me feel safe. My heart breaks to lose him from this earth, but it is comforted with the assurance that he's reunited with my parents in the presence of our Lord. Peaceful hugs to Barbara, Jimmy, Leslie, and all the grands. Much love to Barbara until we meet again.
We are so saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. We have grown to love him and sweet Barbara and will miss him very much. He was so much fun to be with especially the scrabble games.May our dear Jesus bless all and keep you in his tender loving care. We love you both.
I love being friends with Barbara and Jimmy for 55 years. Jimmy would always playfully pick on me. He was one special man always a loving husband! He will be missed more than words can convey. I send my prayers and comfort to Barbara, their children , grandchildren and other family members.
