Hilda Coggins Arey's Obituary
Hilda Coggins Arey, 78, of Misenheimer passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Trinity Place, Albemarle. Her funeral service will be 2 PM on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. Mikey Lambert officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 PM at the church prior to the hour of the service.
Born November 30, 1942 in Stanly County, NC she was the daughter of the late William Baxter ?Jack? Coggin and Lillie Mae Russell Coggin. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and a retired textile employee. She also worked at CVS Richfield for several years.
Mrs. Arey was preceded in death by her husband James Arey. She is survived by her son Jackie Dunn of New London, sisters Joyce Williams and Donna Blake both of Richfield, and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews that she loved very much. She was also preceded in death by a brother Bruce Coggins.
