Helena Catherine Adlers' Obituary
Mrs. Helena Adlers, age 85, of Opelika, AL passed away, Saturday (May 11, 2013) at Lake Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Indian Trail, NC. A Memorial Mass will be conducted Monday, May 13, 2013 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 725 Deese St. Monroe, NC 28112 at 3:00 PM. Mrs. Adlers was born November 3, 1927 in Fairfield Connecticut, a daughter of the late Edward and Agnes Burns. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time in the Lady's Auxillary.
Helena was married to the late Albert Adlers of Opelika Alabama.
She is survived by two sisters, Margaret Hartell and Mary Godfrey; three daughters, Karen Casacalenda and husband Tony of Wingate, NC, Deborah Pyron of Indiana, and Alberta Boyd of Alabama; grandchildren, Jennifer Hinson of New Salem, NC, Mary Casacalenda of Concord, NC, Johnathon, Andrew, Daniel, and Michael Pyron, all of Indiana; great grandchildren, Alex Hinson,of New Salem and Chloe Pyron of Indiana.
The family wishes to thank The Nursing Staff of Presbyterian Hospital Matthews, 3rd Floor; The Staff of Lake Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center; and The Staff of Cambridge Place Assisted Living of Opelika, Alabama for their excellent loving care of Helena.
