Hazel Virginia Lefler's Obituary
Hazel Virginia Lefler, 102, of Albemarle passed away
Saturday March 9th, 2019 in Trinity Place, Albemarle, NC. Her funeral service will be 2 PM on Friday,
March 15, 2019 in the Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care Chapel, Albemarle with
Rev. Ray Sipe officiating. Burial will
follow in Fairview Memorial Park. The
family will receive friends at Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care from 1 until
1:45 prior to the hour of the service.
Born November 19, 1916 in Anson County, NC she was the
daughter of the late Edgar William Lefler, Sr. and Esther Brewer Lefler. She was a retired administrative assistant
from the Stanly County Library. She was a member of First Street United
Methodist Church.
Ms. Lefler is survived by her sister Jackie L. Dunlap
(William) of Wingate, NC. She was
preceded in death by brother Edgar Lefler, Jr. and sister Ruby Kincaid and a
number of nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorials be made to Trinity Place,
24724 S. Business 52, Albemarle, NC 28001 or to First Street United Methodist
Church, 509 N. 1st Street, Albemarle, NC 28001.
