Harriet Freeman Young's Obituary
Harriet Freeman Young, 73, of Albemarle, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis, NC. A funeral service will be held at 11AM on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at East Albemarle Church of God officiated by Rev. Harry Harward. Visitation will be prior from 10-11 in the sanctuary. Burial will follow at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park in Lehigh Acres, FL.
She was born January 22, 1947 in Mecklenburg County to the late Harry Freeman and Willie Mullis Freeman. She was a member at East Albemarle Church of God. Mrs. Young loved to cook, especially for others.
Mrs. Young is survived by her husband of 18 years, Harold Richard Young and several cousins.
She is preceded in death by her brother Richard Scott Freeman.
