Harold Drillings' Obituary
Mr. Harold Drillings of Monroe, NC age 90, passed away Tuesday March 15, 2016 at Woodbridge Assisted Living-Monroe.
He was born June 30, 1925 in the Bronx, NY son of the late Morris and Dora Drillings. Harold was a silk screen artist for Scancelli Prints in East Rutherford, New Jersey until retirement. He proudly served in the Navy during World War II. He was an active member of Temple B'Nai Darom in Ocala, Florida.
Survivors include a daughter Aileen Kostopoulos and husband James of Burlington MA, a son Marc Drillings and wife Becky of Wingate, NC. He had two grandsons Alexander Kostopoulos and wife Tiffany of Norwood, MA and Adam Drillings of Candler, NC. He had two granddaughters Elissa Kostopoulos Ciampa and husband Bobby of Lynn, MA and Jesse Drillings and fiancé Delane Sims of Forest City, NC. He had one great grandchild Zoe Kostopoulos of Norwood, MA.
In lieu of flowers memorials are appreciated to Hospice and Palliative Care Charlotte 1420 E 7th St, Charlotte, NC 28204 who took great care of Harold for his last few months.
Davis Funeral Service of Monroe is serving the family in NC. Funeral arrangements are being made by Roberts Funeral Home in Ocala, FL.
