Graylin Griffin's Obituary
Mr. George Graylin Griffin, age 57, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2017, at McWhorter Hospice House.
A gathering of friends to celebrate his life will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 14, 2017, at Davis Funeral Chapel, 1003 East Franklin Street, Monroe, NC, 28112 , officiated by Reverend Frank Crump.
Mr. Griffin was born on January 10, 1959, in Union County, North Carolina, a son of the late Jessie Griffin and Rowena Helms Griffin.
Survivors include his wife Wendy Russell Griffin of Charlotte, NC; his daughter Star Nycole Starnes of Charlotte, NC; his three granddaughters Sierra Nycole Starnes, Savanna Marie Starnes, and Emily Louise Starnes; his two sisters , Agnes (Sis) Griffin McManus Hill and Laura (Dump) Griffin both of Virginia; and his step sister Carol Love of Indian Trail.
