Glenn Shaver's Obituary
Glenn Shaver, age 67, of
Albemarle, passed away on April 1, 2019 in CHS Stanly, Albemarle. His funeral service will be 3 PM Sunday April
7, 2019 at Coyle Baptist Church in Stanfield with Pastor David Sanders
officiating. The family will receive
friends from 2 until 3 at the church prior to the service. Burial will follow in the church
cemetery.
Glenn was born May 2, 1951 in Albemarle, NC to Worth
Shaver and Sue Shaver. He was a
retired maintenance worker with Publix in Jacksonville, FL. He loved his family, warm weather, his dog
Rusty, and being outdoors.
Mr. Shaver is survived by his daughters
Angie Harrison of Albemarle and Denita Elliott of Murrells Inlet, nieces Tracie
Sanders and husband David of Albemarle and Sherry Blalock and husband Al of
Midland, nephew Robert Shaver Jr. and wife Holly, and a number of grandchildren
and great nieces and nephews. He was
preceded in death by his brother Robert Shaver Sr. and a son Kenneth Shaver.
