Gingles Richard Johnson's Obituary
Mr. Gingles Richard Johnson, 55, of Polkton, NC, died on January 21, 2015. A native of Union County he was son of the late Gingle and Nancy Rape Johnson. He was a Motorcycle technician and had many hobbies, especially things with his grandchildren.
Visitation for Mr. Johnson will be on Friday evening January 23, 2015, at Davis Funeral Home of Monroe from 6-8 PM. No other services are planned at this time.
Survivors include two sons, Gingles Johnson, Jr.(Beth) of Polkton and Cory Lee Johnson(Kendel) of Monroe, two sisters, Josephine Jacobs (PeeWee) of Matthews, NC and Robin Helms (David) of Monroe, NC.
Additional survivors include grandchildren, Trey Johnson of Marshville, William Johnson and Parker Johnson of Tennessee, Kenley Napier of Marshville, Edyn Johnson of Albemarle and Harley Johnson of Monroe.
The family requests memorial contributions to Hospice of Union County, 700 West Roosevelt Blvd., Monroe, NC 28110, or charity of the donors choice.
