I remember Blaine working with my Dad at Duke Power when he first moved to Albemarle. I even worked with him a few summers there too. Always an easy going fun person to be around. Sending condolences to the family.

For me, Blaine wasn’t just a close and life-long friend, he was an “experience”. Whether on the ball field, camping at Skimmer Wall, billiards, foosball, fishing for trout in the mountains or king mackerel on the coast, Jocassee or Keowee, deer hunting Mustard Ground or Hester’s Bottoms, scuba diving, double dating, archery, skeet, motorcycles, and on and on…. being with Blaine were experiences that I will never forget. So too, know that you and your mom will always hold a special place in my heart. Fond memories and blessings always.
