Georgia Jordan's Obituary
Mrs. Georgia M. Jordan, age 83, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away Friday, October 13, 2017, at her residence.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be conducted at 3:00 PM Friday, October 20, 2017, at the Davis Funeral Chapel, 1003 East Franklin Street, Monroe, NC 28112, officiated by Reverend Travis Mclain.
Mrs. Jordan was born on August 25, 1934, in Union County, North Carolina, a daughter of the late George Washington Medlin and Verla Benton Medlin. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Jordan and her son, Anthony Scott Jordan.
Survivors include two grandsons, Anthony Dylan Jordan and Brandon Scott Jordan; and her sister, Sandra Price.
The family will receive friends Friday, October 20, 2017, from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home prior to the memorial ceremony.
