George and Candy and all the family are in my prayers.
I worked with Allen at Norwood . It was always a joy working with him when it was quiet at the guard house we would read the Bible or his study book so he would be ready for his Sunday lessons . Allen will truly be missed . May GOD comfort the family !
I know he went by Allen but I always called him George. I was proud to have been his supervisor when he worked at the prison in Palestine. He was not just a co-worker but a true friend. The world has truly lost a great man, but is a better place by having him been a part of it. I am going to miss you GEORGE! Love and prayers to his family

Mr Allen was a wonderful Christian man. He lived is faith every day and was a wonderful encourager. I always loved running into him when I was out and about. He reminded me so much of my dad they were natured so much alike. Sharon and family I will be praying for all of you. When you feel like you can't go on I pray your mind will be filled with all the precious memories he left for you. Y'all all take care of each other that is what he would have wanted. I love you!!!!
