To all the Parker familyI am so sorry for your loss. Phillip was not only a wonderful friend he was part of my family. We have so many fond memories of him. Phillip, Theresa and Gary spent alot of time together with David Griffin, myself, and my family. My heart breaks that such a wonderful man has passed but I know he will be an angel for us all. Phillip was a great friend and always nice to me over the years.
