I am so sorry for your loss, Dana. Grandmothers make the best memories with their grandchildren. Cherish those memories and know that she was loved and will always be remembered through you and your family. She has a lasting legacy with the great-grandchildren and will live on in all your hearts.

I knew Garnetta from St. Luke's and Alyssa from Prospect. Garnetta was a unique little sparkplug! About 10 years ago I had flowers one Sunday because it was our 2oth anniversary. In talking to Garnetta and Kenny before service began, I discovered it was also their anniversary (more than 50 years, as I recall). I'm glad they can be reunited, but I am sorry for your loss. She will be missed. Give Alyssa a little hug from her library teacher. God bless and keep your family.
The Staff of Davis Funeral Home and Cremation Service sends our condolences to the family during their time of sorrow.
I am so sorry for your loss. Although, I do not know your family personally, I would like to share some encouraging thoughts from the Bible. The Bible provides comfort during these difficult times. Revelation 21:3-4 states, And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. Very soon now, we will never experience losing our loved ones in death. May these words give you a new hope.
