Francis Edward Sexton's Obituary
Francis “Frank” Edward Sexton, 79, of Albemarle, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Sunrise on Providence Assisted Living Center. There will be no formal services.
Mr. Sexton was born August 22, 1945, in Binghamton, NY, to the late Fred and June Sexton. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Bertlesman Sexton. Those also left to cherish his memory are daughters Erin S. Burchett and her husband David of Mt. Holly, NC, and Shannon Cook of Mint Hill, NC, grandchildren Danielle Thayne, Ryan Thayne, Taylor (Brian) Rea, and Kyle Burchett, and great-grandchildren James and Thomas Rea.
Frank spent his career in insurance sales. He loved fly fishing and was a passionate artist, mainly painting flowers.
Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Albemarle is serving the Sexton family.
