Elizabeth Carter Raper's Obituary
Mrs. Elizabeth Carter Raper, age 71, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away September 15, 2020 at Atrium Health-Union.
Mrs. Raper was born on December 27, 1948, at in Wilmington, Delaware, a daughter of Edward Bates Carter and Kelly Anne Smith Carter.
She was a retired account manager with GM Nameplate.
Survivors include her husband, Byrle Raper of Monroe; two sons, Benjamin
Peeler of Shelby, NC and Garry Peeler of Monroe; a step son, Scott Raper of Monroe;
a step daughter, Jennifer Raper of Pageland; a brother, Edward Carter Jr., of Wilmington, DE; and a sister, Anne Carter Brooks of Wilmington, DE.
