Elaine Johnson Farmer's Obituary
Elaine Johnson Farmer, 77, of Albemarle, passed away Sunday
May 19, 2019 in CHS ? Stanly. Her funeral service will be 11 AM Thursday May 23,
2019 in the Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care Chapel with Preacher Randy Gudger
officiating. Burial will be at 3 PM in the Rocky Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM prior to the
service.
Elaine was born December 14, 1941 in Alexander County, NC
and was the daughter of the late DeCobus Johnson and Anna Mae Connally Johnson.
She was a homemaker and a member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church.
Mrs. Framer is survived by her husband Roger Lee Farmer, Sr.
of the home. Other survivors include two sons Roger Miller (Cheryl) of Albemarle
and Gene Miller (Teri) of Flora, IL; daughter Anita Miller (Larry) of
Mocksville, NC; stepson Roger Farmer, Jr. of Albemarle, NC; stepdaughter Donna
Cribb (John) of Ashboro, NC; son in law Steve Carter of Albemarle, NC; a sister
Willie Mae Johnson (Leroy) of Statesville, NC; eleven grandchildren; ten
great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Elaine was also preceded in
death by her first husband Grady Miller on March 25, 1992, a son Coby Miller
and step-daughter Pam Carter.
Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Albemarle is serving
the Farmer Family.
