Douglas Arthur Craig, 79, of Albemarle died peacefully Thursday, December 29, 2022. There are no planned services at this time. Born April 9th, 1943, in Lincoln County, NC, he was the son of the late Robert Harold Craig and Faye Read Obituary
Doug Craig, as well as his beautiful wife Sylvia. And his two loving sons Tony and David, Was one of the kindest souls that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and will be greatly missed- with love always, your music will live on - Love always, Kathleen and Adam
Doug was one of the finest men I knew. I am thankful that I was able to spend some time with him and his wonderful family and I am a much better person for it. May God Bless you all with peace and surround you with love.

Tony and David, I'm sorry for your loss. Doug was a good man! I always enjoyed talking to him.
Mr. Craig was such an important and influential person during my high school years. I was privileged to work with him for three years as accompanist to Show choir and Stage band, and four+ years as pianist for graduation. One of my most treasured memories is him presenting me the music award my senior year. He was just like another father to me. Truly a great man who will be missed by many.
