Douglas R. Blalock's Obituary
Douglas ?Doug? R. Blalock, 58 of Albemarle, N.C. passed away May 4, 2017 in CHS-Stanly. His memorial service will be 2 PM Saturday May 6, 2017 in the Stanly Funeral & Cremation Care Chapel with Rev. Joe Smith officiating.
Mr. Blalock was born September 17, 1958 and was the son of the late Clyde Hathcock Blalock and Patricia Ann Page Blalock. He was a graduate of Albemarle High School and was a Home Builder.
He is survived by his wife Pam Davis Blalock of the home. Other survivors include a step-son Jason Loflin of Moncure, N.C., three step-daughters Kristi Widmeyer of Cameron, N.C., Lindsay Freeze of Mooresville, N.C., Kelley Widmeyer of Richfield, N.C. and two sisters Amanda B. Howell of Albemarle, N.C. and Nina B. Williamson of Mt. Gildead, N.C. Mr. Blalock was also preceded in death by a brother Rickey Blalock.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Community Home Care and Hospice, 1024 Albemarle Rd, Suite 904, Troy, N.C. 27371.
