Born April 26, 1925 in Mossy Rock, WA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas A Sloby and Katherine Anna Roehr Sloby.? She was a retired waitress at the former Western Steer of Albemarle.? Mrs. Banakes is survived by her son Dean Banakes and wife Pat of Albemarle.
