"McLean" ....as my 4 year old son, Carter, affectionately called Mrs Doris McLean. They met in the car rider line at Western Union elementary school. His brother, Austin, was in Kindergarten and Carter was with me in the car waiting to pick up his brother. Carter would play outside the car in the grass and decided one day he wanted to talk with her. She put down her newspaper that she read in the line waiting for her granddaughters, Tori and Emory. She rolled down the window and would chat with Carter. Her kindness melted my heart and my son soon started calling her his friend, McLean. Each day he would look for her green car with the hat in the back window and tell me he was going to talk to HIS a friend! He wouldn't let me go and talk with her because it was his friend. He invited her to his 5th birthday party in one of their conversation and she surprised us all came. This made his day and mine also. Such a loving kind soul....RIP "McLean" and we extend sympathy to the entire family on the loss of a sweet lady. Sincerely, Martha Blake, Carter and Austin Blake
