Doris Swaringen Cavin's Obituary
Doris Swaringen Cavin passed away at Stanly Manor on April 27th, 2021 at the age of 83.
Doris is predeceased by her parents, Alonzo and Ruby Swaringen of Norwood.
Doris is lovingly remembered by her children Cathy Edwards of Albemarle and Scott Cavin (Karen) of Murfreesboro. Grandchildren are Ginny Gulledge (Eric) and Danny Edwards (Julie) all of Albemarle. Great grandchildren are Reagan and Ethan Gulledge, and Leland Edwards all of Albemarle. She is survived by a sister, Lois Tyler of Murfreesboro.
Doris was born in Concord, NC in 1938. She graduated from Enochville High School in 1956 and went to Greensboro Womens College. Doris enjoyed needle work and painting, and created many memories during her time at Spring Arbor of Albemarle.
