Mrs. Doris Lee Billingsley, age 87, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at her residence. Funeral Services to celebrate her life will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 30, 2013, at Davis Read Obituary
Nina: I am sorry to hear about your mother's and your dad's passing. I do not know if you remember me, but we lived across the street from you on Liberty Street in Rock Hill. I think your family moved to Monroe when I was 5 or 6 years old. I remember that we used to visit and play together. My dad died January 6, 2005, and Mama, November 10, 2010. Take care. Frank

I can only imagine how difficult it must be to lose your father and mother in such a short time frame. But the joy of knowing they are reunited and with no pain or troubles is such a blessing. Prayer and thoughts are with you!
I am so sorry for your loss. The Bible provides comfort during these difficult times. Revelation 21:3-4 states, And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. Very soon now, we will never experience losing our loved ones in death. Hope these words give you a new hope.
