Mr. Don Shepard, age 59, of Monroe, North Carolina passed away Wednesday March 22, 2017 at CMC-Union.
Graveside funeral services for Don Wayne Shepard, 59, of Monroe, NC, are at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 27, 2017, in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA. Rev. Chris Allen will officiate. Mr. Shephard passed away at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte, NC, on Wednesday, March 22, 2017.
Mr. Shephard was born on July 13, 1957, in Quincy, FL, to the late Wilford Donald Shepard and Clara Sue Brunson Tomlin. He was a retired independent truck driver.
Survivors include: his wife, Anna Marie Shepard; daughter, Susan Dagenhart; sons, Lee Shepard, Matthew Shepard; five grandchildren; brothers, Tony Thomas, Stanley Thomas; sisters, Theresa Dixon, Tammy Willis, Diane Hale; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Sunday, March 26, 2017, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
