Donald Ray Ross' Obituary
Mr. Donald Ray Ross, age 69, of Monroe, NC, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at the McWhorter Hospice House.
A funeral service to celebrate his life will be conducted at 7:00 PM Monday, December 4, 2017, at Davis Funeral Chapel, 1003 East Franklin Street, Monroe, NC 28112.
Mr. Ross was born on August 16, 1948, in Union County, North Carolina, a son of the late Coy T. Ross and the late Allie Mae McRorie Ross. He was a carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Jim Ross.
Survivors include his son Donald T. Ross of Monroe, NC; his daughter Lisa Ann Ross of Spartanburg, SC; his brother Doyle S. Ross and wife Belvie of Monroe, NC; his sisters Doris Ross Taylor of Marshville, NC and Diane Ross Belk of Monroe, NC; there are seven grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Monday, December 4, 2017, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home at 1003 East Franklin Street in Monroe prior to the funeral ceremony.
