Dolly Elaine Turner, 89, of Albemarle passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026 at Trinity Place in Albemarle. Her memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care Chapel with Re Read Obituary
She was the love of Dad’s life. I miss her terribly.
Dolly always had a smile on her face. She was the sweetest angel. To the family she is rejoicing at the Master's feet. God bless you all of the family. I' am so thankful the Lord gave me the honor to know such a beautiful angel. God give you peace only He can give you. Love you. Janice Goodwin
I remember when Dolly came to stay at Trinity Place, she became loved by all of us there. I would sit with Dolly help her eat talk to her. Tell her good morning. She was always always so full of life. She had a sparkle in her beautiful eyes and a way about her that you couldn't help but just wanna give her a big hug. I was truly truly not ready to say goodbye to Dolly. She was one of the lights of my day that I had in my job. We get attached sometimes more than others and I can say that she was one of my favorite people to care for talk to sit with just the sweetest soul you could ever meet.
I know God's got you in his arms and you have no more tears or hurt or pain or sadness and that makes me OK with you being gone because I know one day I will see you again and oh what a joyous day it will be.
