Diane Buetow's Obituary
Ms. Diane Johnson Buetow, age 64, of Charlotte, entered eternal rest on Friday, May 30, 2014, at Hospice House of Union County.
A Graveside Funeral Service to celebrate her life will be conducted at 1:00 PM Monday, June 2, 2014, at Waxhaw City Cemetery, conducted by Chaplain Ken Grano.
Ms. Buetow was born on October 2, 1949, in Russellville, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Jesse Herman Johnson and Mary Austin Johnson Renfro. She was a Retired Workers Compensation Manager for Duke Energy.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Doris Taylor of Deatsville, AL, Lucille Jackson of Russellville, KY; and one brother, Earl Ray Johnson of Russellville, KY.
Survivors include four sisters, Nellie Johnson of Deatsville, AL, Evelyn Farmer of Russellville, KY, Shirley Edwards of Waxhaw, NC, Helen McDowell of Charlotte, NC; and one brother, J.W. Johnson of Louisville, KY. There are numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Monday, June 2, 2014, from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM at Davis Funeral Home at 1003 East Franklin Street in Monroe.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Union County; 700 West Roosevelt Boulevard; Monroe, North Carolina 28110.
