Denise was a smart and sweet student at Stanly Early College where she graduated with honors. We will always remember how kind, authentic, and intelligent she was. Her genuine smile always brightened our days and she will be very missed!
I just read the announcement from UNCG that Denise had passed. I taught her last fall in one of her advanced psychology courses. She was a bright young woman and a very kind soul. She was very conscientious and was wonderful to have as a student. I am so sorry to hear of her loss. Peace be with your family at this time.
Denise was in my psychology courses at UNCG. We studied together and hung out. She was such a kind, caring, and humble individual. She was a great person and I will miss her. She will never be forgotten.

Denise was a kind, smart, humble person. I was in small group with her in lab and she always brought up intelligent points. I always wanted to hear her opinions on the topics we discussed. She always pointed out something interesting that we might not have noticed. She had a passion for helping others and I will cherish every moment I had with her no matter how small. My heart goes out to her family and anyone that was close to her. She was truly a special person and she won't be forgotten.

Lo siento con todo mi corazón por su perdida. Yo era una de sus profesoras en UNCG y tuve el placer de trabajar con Denise. Denise era una estudiante excelente y dedicada a mejorar las vidas de todos en nuestra comunidad. Tenia mucha pasión para sicología y esperamos a continuar el trabajo de CAMINOS en su honor.
