Dale Thomas Pylant's Obituary
Mr. Dale Thomas Pylant, Sr., age 61, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away Monday, November 18, 2013, at the McWhorter Hospice House of Union County.
Funeral Services to Celebrate the Life of Dale Pylant Sr. will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 23, 2013, at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 909 Circle Drive, officiated by Pastor Kenneth Fink. Interment will follow at Lakeland Memorial Park.
Mr. Pylant was born on September 25,1952, in Baltimore, Maryland, a son of Raymon Pylant, Sr.and Mary Lorrie Tripplet Pylant. He was a retired wood craftsman.
Survivors include his wife, Cathy Lester Pylant of Monroe; a son, Dale Pylant, Jr. and wife, Amber, of Monroe; a daughter Shelly Bernabe and husband, Kyle, of Mineral Springs.
There are four grandchildren, Emily Pylant, Mackenzie Pylant, Caitlin Bernabe and Gillian Bernabe.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday Night, November 22, 2013, at Davis Funeral Home in Monroe, 1003 East Franklin Street.
