Clyde Kelly Blalock Jr.'s Obituary
Clyde Kelly Blalock Jr., 83 of Albemarle passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 in Bethany Woods Nursing and Rehab Center. His graveside service will be at 2 PM on Friday in the Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jeremy Blake officiating.
Born January 22, 1941 in Lee County, NC he was the son of the late Clyde Kelly Blalock Sr. and Rona Dennis Blalock. He was a retired painter and former textile worker.
He is survived by a brother Ronnie Eugene Blalock of Albemarle, several nieces and nephews as well as his canine companion, Bella.
The family wishes to express their thanks to Lynette Chandler and the staff of All Ways Caring Homecare in Albemarle and also to the staff of Bethany Woods.
