Mr. Clayton Gilbert Eudy, age 80 of Mt. Pleasant, NC passed away Thursday, February18, 2016 in the Stanly Regional Medical Center, Albemarle.? His service will be Sunday, February 21 at 3:00 PM in the Mt. Pleasant Church of God, Mt. Pleasant, NC with the Rev. Gary Bragg officiating.? The body will be taken to the church to lie in state from 2:00 PM until the service hour. ?The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.
Mr. Eudy was born March 3, 1935 in Cabarrus County, NC. to the late Eli Brantly Eudy?and Ivy Elizabeth Barber Eudy and was a retired grounds keeper with the NC DOT.? Mr.?Eudy was a member of Mt. Pleasant Church of God.
Mr. Eudy was married to the late Annie Eudy.? Surviving are two brothers, RV ?Short? Eudy of Locust, NC, and David Edward Eudy of Midland, NC, two sisters; Dora Belle Tucker of Albemarle, NC and Annie Lee Kinley of Norwood, NC.
