Clay Van Eudy Jr's Obituary
Clay Van Eudy Jr., 62, of Locust passed away on February 8, 2023 in Atrium Health Cabarrus. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, February 18 at 2 PM at Community Baptist Church in Locust with Pastor Landon Keziah presiding. The family will receive friends in the sanctuary from 1 until 2 prior to the service.
Born February 2, 1961 in Cabarrus County, NC, he was the son of Clay Van Eudy Sr of Locust and the late Daisy Mae Coble Eudy. In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by a daughter Jessica Cheryl Eudy. He was a tile setter and was a former truck driver. Mr. Eudy enjoyed fishing and going to the pool.
In addition to his father he is survived by two children Christopher James Eudy and Crystal Marie Eudy, brother William Eudy, sister Patricia Russell, two grandchildren Dillon Barbee and Ashley Barbee, nieces and nephews Ronald J. Zimmerle, Janice M. Zimmerle, Sandra Z. Phillips, Richard C. Zimmerle, Ryan J. Zimmerle, Timothy M. McManus and Dakota J. Russell, as well as 12 great nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
