Claude Ernest Eudy, 88, of New London passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017 in CHS-Stanly.? A family service will be held at a later date.
Born September 22, 1928 in Montgomery County, NC, he was the son of the late Grover Eudy and Alice Burris Eudy and was a retired employee of Collins and Aikman.? Mr. Eudy was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include wife Ruby Carolyn Smith Eudy, sons Alan Eudy and wife Wendy of New London, Charles Eudy and wife Renda of New London, Darren Eudy and wife Kristina of New London, Mark Eudy of Salisbury, and Ed Eudy and wife Sandy of Anderson, SC, 3 sisters, Ruth Smith of Albemarle, Nellie Hearne of Albemarle and Mildred McRae of Mt. Gilead, 9 grandchildren, Diane, Christian, Chase, Cassie, Andrew, Hunter, Courtney, Dylan and Caleb and 2 great-grandchildren Parker and Skylar.
