Charles "Chuck" Riddle,'s Obituary
Charles Thomas ?Chuck? Riddle, Jr., of Locust, N.C., passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2017 in his home. His memorial service will be 5 PM Friday, February 10, 2017 at Albemarle First Assembly with Pastor Bob Gruver officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 4 PM until 4:45 PM prior to the hour of service.
Mr. Riddle was born October 15, 1952 in Louisville, KY, to the late Charles Thomas Riddle, Sr. and Faye Evelyn Thompson Riddle. He was retired as a Control Engineer with Phillip Morris in Concord, N.C. and Louisville, KY. Mr. Riddle loved his pontoon boat and his beloved dogs Simon and Summer. He was a wood carver and loved his church. He was a member of Albemarle First Assembly where he was very faithful to his church serving as an usher and playing in the praise band as long as his health permitted.
Mr. Riddle is survived by his wife Bridgett Gay Tharp Riddle, a son Eric Scott Riddle and wife Michelle of Louisville, KY., and a sister Donna Lynn Riddle Thompson of Louisville, KY. , also survived by a nephew Ben Thompson of Louisville, KY., and a niece Chelsea Petrich and nephew Mitchel Petrich of MN.
Memorials may be made to the Stanly County Humane Society, 2049 Badin Rd., Albemarle, N.C., 28001.
