Charles Ross Craig, Jr. 68 of Mt. Holly, NC passed away Saturday April 21, 2018 at the Robin Johnson Hospice House in Dallas, NC. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be Thursday April 26 at 2 PM in Hickory Grove Baptist Read Obituary
i lost contact with Charlie we worked at Roadrunner freight for many years. I worked in Chicago he in Charlotte. Charlie was one of the few people you could say that he was just a great nice guy. Good golfer I played with him when he invited me to his summer home in Boone NC. Just a true gentleman and great Christian. With great sadness my condolences go out to his entire family. Miss you a lot my friend.

Sometimes you meet a person who is just a good guy in every way. "Charlie was that guy" Also he will get to play a round of golf with Arnold Palmer soon. Charlie was a warrior for God and his rewards will be great. My prayers and thoughts are with Charlie' s family.

I had the opportunity to meet Mr Craig while working at Road Runner Transport. I knew his son Josh well from my time at Fed Ex Freight. Although we only spoke a handful of times, there was one thing about him that stood out. He was genuinely concerned about the welfare of others. There can not be a more admirable quality in a person. My thoughts are with his family at this time
Kathy and Family, it's so hard to put into words how Larry and our family feel. We have loved Charlie and your family for many years. We are deeply saddened. It does not seem real this happened. I believe We are still in denial. We pray for you daily. I'm sure our Lord and Savior has given you that peace that passes all understanding. Charlie will be missed in so many ways but what a legacy he leaves in his children and grandchildren. You will continue to see him in each of them. Know we love y'all.

Revelation 21:3-4 states, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away". May God give you and your family comfort in your loving memories and in His promise that soon we will never experience losing our loved ones in death and we will be able to see them again once they resurrected as per John 5:28-29.
