Chad Stephan Hunt's Obituary
Chad Stephan Hunt 44, of Gold Hill N.C. passed away on February 19, 2021 after a 20 year battle with brain cancer.
Chad was born on June 9, 1976 in Scotland County to Ruth Autry and Richard Locklear.
He is survived by his son Lucas Hunt; mother Ruth Autry; brothers Leroy Hunt, Heath Hunt, and Andrew Hunt; sister Dorothy Mcqueen; step sisters Jessica McGill, and Michelle Rosson; and step dad Tony Carter.
He is preceded in death by his father Richard Locklear.
Chad was a loving father. He enjoyed fishing, playing poker, watching sports and playing pool. He also enjoyed cooking and being outside with his dog Kano. Chad will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
A receiving of family and friends will be held on Saturday February 27, 2021 at Vision Baptist Church located at 10185 Old Beatty Ford Road Rockwell, NC 28138 from 1-2pm with a memorial service to follow at 2pm.
