Celia Michelle Polk's Obituary
Celia Michelle Polk, 47, of Albemarle, passed away Friday, October 1, 2021 in Atrium Health Stanly. Her memorial service will be 2pm Thursday, October 7, 2021 in the Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care Chapel of Albemarle with Rev. Bryan Burris officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30pm until 1:45pm at the funeral home.
She was born February 25, 1974 in Stanly County, NC to Wade Hatley and the late Wanda Starr Polk. Celia was a in home caretaker. She loved her animals and her dog, Ellie May. She enjoyed making jewelry.
Celia is survived by her fiance', Kevin Kostelnik of Albemarle, NC; aunts, Vivian Gregory of Norwood, NC and Crystal Wooten of Dallas, NC and cousins, Neka Watson, Bridgett Kaylor, Hailey Smith, Shelly Gregory and Terra Wagoner.
Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Albemarle is serving the Polk family.
