Carolyn Trull Talbert's Obituary
Carolyn Trull Talbert, 88, of Albemarle passed away Thursday morning, June 11, 2020 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. Her funeral service will be Saturday at 1 PM at Mission Church with Pastor Jeremy Hyde and Pastor Ronnie Russell officiating. The burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.
Born October 20, 1930 in Union County, Carolyn was the daughter of the late Lee Roy Trull and Daisy Helms Burleson. She was a graduate of New London High and was a member at Mission Church in Locust for 35 years. She loved her family and church family dearly. Carolyn had a passion for growing beautiful flowers and taking care of her cats.
Carolyn is survived by her husband, James Talbert, Sr of Albemarle, and son, Martin Talbert, Jr (Donna) of Hendersonville, NC, and sister, Colleen Harris of Black Mountain, NC, two grandchildren, Sean (Hayley) and Katie (Cally), three great-grandchildren, Coric, Grace, and Ruth, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, Carolyn is preceded in death by her brother, Jim Trull.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mission Church of Locust at 12444 Mission Church Rd. Locust, NC 28097.
