Mrs. Carol (Chris) Simpson Kiker, age 52, of Wingate, North Carolina, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015, in Lancaster, SC.
Funeral Services to celebrate the life of Chris Kiker will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday, January 3, 2016, at Davis Funeral Chapel, 1003 East Franklin Street, officiated by Reverend Dallas Pressley.
Interment will follow at Euto Baptist Church in New Salem, North Carolina.
Chris was born on December 1, 1963, in Union County, North Carolina, a daughter of Harold Carlton Simpson and Judy Haywood Simpson Roach.
She was married to the late Rannie Lane Kiker.
She was a First Citizens Loan Processor for 20 plus years. She also worked at the Wingate University Cafeteria for 3 years.
Survivors include two daughters, Kelli Kiker of Wingate and Crystal Honeycutt of Monroe; a son, Eric Kiker of Wingate; her father, Harold Simpson of Weddington; her mother, Judy Simpson Roach of Weddington;a sister, Lisa Simpson and husband Harold of New Salem; a brother, Jackson Simpson of Weddington; three grandchildren, Emma Watkins, Gage Thompson and Whitley Kiker all of Monroe; and her mother-in-law, Dianne Greene of Monroe.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday Evening, January 2, 2016, at Davis Funeral Home in Monroe.
Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
