Brenda Gilbert Williams' Obituary
Brenda Gilbert Williams, 66, of Albemarle, NC passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2024, in her home. A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 28 at 4 PM in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jeff Holder officiating.
Born August 14, 1957, in Stanly County, Brenda was the daughter of the late Grover Gilbert and the late Theo Crowell. Brenda had a green thumb and was a very hard worker. She loved to laugh and enjoy the outdoors. She enjoyed fishing, camping, and treasured spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ray Williams, daughter, Jessica Nicole Williams, and brothers, Stevie Gilbert and Timmy Crowell. Brenda is survived by her son, Shawn Williams (Melissa) of Norwood, and grandsons, Hunter Austin Williams (Allysa) of Albemarle and Carter McCain Williams of Norwood. She is also survived by her sisters Donna Allen, Susan Clark, Christie Wise, Cassandra Brantley, brother, Jeffrey Crowell, and numerous nieces and nephews.
