I forgot to add the other girl in our group Ruby Wilson Humphrey I’m so sorry Ruby you were a big part of our group. Ruby did not go to school with us because she was a year or so older than us . She was always with us on weekends dates going to the movies swimming at Palmerville. I hope Brenda shared with you some of her adventures with us as teenagers I find myself laughing at our adventures. . Gods Grace and comfort be with you . 🙏
Sam Deva and family Brenda was one of my closet friends when we were teenagers we were a group of girls that loved to be together in school and on the week end we went dancing double and triple dating or we rode around in her blue ford. We could put a $100 worth of gas in the car and ride all night. We were adventuresome and had on so much fun. We would pile into Brenda’s room. Sit on the bed listen to music and talk all night long. I loved her and will miss her she is the first of our group to pass and it hurts my heart is broken but I know she and Dwight are dancing across heaven now stopping and seeing family friends oh what a reunion and best of all to see and worship Jesus her savior. God Bless you all. Our group of girls 1964 class of ASHS Brenda Morgan Rummage. Dian Mabe Huneycutt Judy Cranford Lisk Vickie Archer Leonard Yow and me Katrina Lefler Hathcock. Brenda was a beautiful soul. And she was a neighbor and family member through the Strothers. She will be missed.
Dear Rummage/Lemons Family, My heart aches for all of you. Brenda was the leader of your family and I know you will miss her. I know she is in Heaven with Jesus and your family. Love and prayers for you in the coming days. Sharon Gardner Tucker
