Brenda Witcher Morton's Obituary
Mrs. Morton was born in Jamestown, North Carolina, on August 10, 1940. She retired after 48 years with Stanly Regional Medical Center and was a long-time member of Prospect Baptist Church.
Mrs. Morton was preceded in death by her husbands, Larry N. Brown and Marvin (Son) Morton; her son, Andy Brown; as well as two brothers and two sisters.
Those left to cherish the life and legacy of Mrs. Morton include her daughters, Lisa (Joe) Kluttz of Huntersville, and Tracey Gallyon of Statesville; her grandchildren Joshua (Kary) Kluttz, Jonathan Kluttz, Nathan Smith, Jordan (Matthew) Johnson, Natalie Smith, and Kadi (Cody) McCaskill; and her great-grandchildren, Hayden, Karter, Rowen, and Anderson.
Her brother, Randall (Gail) Witcher of Archdale, NC also survives as well as numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, and stepchildren and their families.
A graveside service will be held at 11am Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Stanly Gardens of Memory, 2001 E. Main Street, Albemarle, NC.
