Mrs. Brenda Renae Hathcock's Obituary
Brenda Renae Hathcock passed away unexpectedly at her home on Friday, July 23, 2021 at the age of 64.
Renae is predeceased by her father, Charles Hopkins.
Renae is survived by her loving husband Billy of 46 years.
Renae is lovingly remembered by her mother, Evelyn Harris of the home, sons, Anthony of the home, Kevin (April) and her grandson Trent, Albemarle, NC. Brother, Michael Hopkins of Albemarle. Renae had In-laws, Aunts and Uncles, along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins that she thought a lot of and enjoyed spending time with.
Renae was born in Stanly County on November 30. She graduated from North Stanly High School in 1975. She enjoyed being outdoors, fishing and working with her flowers.
She was a caregiver for her mother for the last 4 years.
The visitation will be held at Stanly Funeral Home and Cremation Care 1835 Badin Road, Albemarle NC, 28001 on Monday, July 26 the at 12:30pm until 1:40pm with the funeral service at 2pm. Reverend Wayne Richardson and Reverend Dusty Laney officiating. Interment to follow at Palestine Cemetery, Albemarle.
