Bonnie Phillips Troutman's Obituary
Bonnie Phillips Troutman, 90, of Albemarle, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Bethany Woods Nursing Center. Her funeral service will be 2pm Monday, May 23, 2022 in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel of Albemarle with Rev. Ken Burris officiating. Burial will follow in Stanly Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 12pm until 1:30pm prior to the service.
Mrs. Troutman was born November 8, 1931 in Stanly County, NC to the late Floyd J. Phillips and Esther Louise Earnhardt Phillips. Bonnie retired from Wiscassett Mill Company. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. Mrs. Troutman loved her family, her dog “Popcorn” and especially loved her Lord.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Troutman. She is survived by a son Rickey Troutman of Badin, NC; a brother, Lonnie Ray Phillips of Albemarle, NC; a sister, Shirley P. Smith of Albemarle, NC and a special niece and nephew, Tammy Morgan and Craig Smith both of Albemarle, NC.
