Bobby Jay Mills' Obituary
Bobby Jay Mills, 80 of Albemarle, NC passed away Friday April 5th 2019 at his home. His funeral will be Monday, April 8th 2019 at 3:00PM at Stony Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Lanny Lancaster officiating. The family will receive friends after the service in the church sanctuary.
Bobby was born on March, 10th l939 in Stanly
County, NC to the late Charlie ?Bob? Mills and Edith Marie Clodfelter Mills. He was a graduate of Badin High School class
of 1958. He was a retired salesman with
Standard Office Equipment in Albemarle.
He was a member of Stony Hill United Methodist Church that the he loved
dearly and enjoyed all the activities. Late
model car racing at Concord Motor Sport Park, spending time with his
grandchildren, and watching TV shows such as Walker, Gun Smoke, and Matlock
were his favorite things to do.
He is survived by his wife of the home, Kay Ingram Mills,
son Randy Jay Mills of Albemarle, NC, daughter Alisha McRae (Lee) of Badin, NC,
brother David Lee Mills (Pat) of Albemarle, NC, sister Betty Currie (Paul) of
Albemarle, NC, and granddaughters Lillie McRae and Katherine McRae.
