Billy Ray Little's Obituary
Mr. Billy Ray Little, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on Monday (May 13, 2013) at his residence in Rockingham, NC. He was 67 years old.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Thursday (May 16, 2013) at Davis Funeral Home Chapel, 1003 East Franklin Street, Monroe, NC 28112, officiated by Reverend Frank Crump. Interment will follow in Shiloh Advent Christian Church Cemetery.
Mr. Little was born on August 29, 1945, in Monroe, North Carolina, a son of the late Lottie Mae Little. He was an HVAC mechanic by trade but was an excellent handyman and loved to build and work on tractors. He also loved country music and enjoyed working in his vegetable garden, sharing with friends and neighbors. Bill will be missed by all that knew him.
Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Gail Mullis Little of the home; his son Darrell Wayne Little and wife Wyhnimia of Rockingham, NC and one grandson, Darrell Dwayne Little, also of Rockingham, NC.
The family will receive friends Thursday (May 16, 2013) from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM prior to the funeral service at 3:00 PM in the Davis Funeral Home Chapel.
