Bill Wilhoit's Obituary
Bill Wilhoit, 71, passed away at Atrium Health in Albemarle on April 29th, 2021.
He is predeceased by his parents Grady and Irene Wilhoit, three sisters: Maxine Cranford, Gene Eudy, and Lucille Starnes, five brothers: Dowd Wilhoit, Charlie Wilhoit, Tommy Wilhoit, Robert Wilhoit, and George Wilhoit.
Bill is survived by his sisters Linda Davis, and Frances Foster, and many loving nieces and nephews.
Bill was born in China Grove in 1949. He graduated from South Stanly High School in 1967 and went on to earn a degree from Pfeiffer. He worked at Wiscassett mills for many years and then became a custodian at Richfield school.
The visitation will be held at Randall's United Methodist Church on Sunday May 2, from 1:oo pm – 1:45pm.
The funeral service will follow at 2:00pm. With pastor Caitlin McAlhany officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
